Sunday, March 6th - I locked my keys and my phone in my car right before going in the grocery store! I went inside and placed a call to AAA and they told me it would be 32 minutes before someone arrived, so I figured I would do my shopping while I waited. I completed my shopping in about 24 minutes, placed a call to my husband and started walking towards to the entrance. I saw Jeff in his vest and asked if he was here for me, and he was!! Early!! And it had started a torrential rain storm complete with wind ripping peoples umbrellas right from their hands. jeff asked if I had an umbrella and I said, no, as it didn't even look like rain before I came in. He then said, wait here while I go unlock your car, and if it is OK with you I will bring it up here to the door. Wow! Who does that?? I was very happy to say, Yes Thank YOU!!!
It took Jeff about 10 minutes to get my car unlocked, while was getting absolutley soaking wet out there. Once he was done, he pulled my car up to the door and helped me stash my groceries in the back. I asked if he wanted a ride back to his truck and he said, no, that's OK, I am already wet!! Jeff was absolutely AWESOME!! In a world where we find less and less quality, you have a jewel!! And everyone else standing around at the entrance waiting for the rain to slow down sure wish they had locked their keys in their cars too!!! Thanks so much!!! - Mary K.

Josh rescued my on Saturday morning in a parking lot. I asked him to tow me to my garage but he quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken connector on the battery ground lead. He made a temporary repair that enabled me to drive it to the garage for a simple $10 permanent fix. Josh could not have been any more pleasant to work with. My truck lost a wheel while driving, and was already damaged and in a ditch, it was VERY tricky getting it on the roll-back, but he did not flinch, he just figured it out, and he figured it out right. JAY was excellent. He was prepared to provide a "jump" for my car, however, his training indicated it was more than a "jump"! With his investigation, there was a problem with the connecting electrical cables to my battery! He corrected the problem and gave me some suggestions about how to make a permanent fix on Monday! Donnie did a super job helping me with my flat tire. He came right out in the rain and helped get my tire all fixed in a very timely manner.

A Friday evening, went to my car and...dead battery?? I called AAA, and was told East Coast Towing would be there within the hour to "jump" and/or replace my battery. I was happily surprised when Bryson appeared > within 30 minutes! - he quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed (BEFORE proceeding), and then tested & replaced the battery - all in record time! Bryson provided EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS service; and, as a business professional who appreciates "quality employees", I commend East Coast for sending Bryson = I will DEFINITELY recommend East Coast Towing to friends and business associates when/if they encounter problems with their cars. On 3/11/11, Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me repair my car which save me hundreds of dollars. when he arrived to tow my car, he asked what was wrong with the car, after I told him, he immediately knew how to correct the problem, made a quick call to a locksmith and within one hour, the locksmith arrived and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Prior to Jeff, my car had been misdiagnosed several times by other East Coast Towing drivers, mechanics and a AAA service person. I broke down off of Six Forks Rd early this morning. I called AAA Emergency Road Service. After giving the AAA representative my information, the driver called shortly thereafter. He arrived at my location approximately 10 minutes after I spoke with him on the phone. He was very nice and pleasant. I really appreciated that especially with it being so early in the morning and not to mention my car breaking down. I called AAA for a dead battery jump start. They sent Dan from East Coast Towing. Dan was there promptly and got the vehicle started right away. He even suggested testing the battery in question to see if it needed replacing or just recharging. Dan was efficient, friendly, very helpful and had me on my way in record time. Prompt and courteous service. I was dealing with a 3 year old and trying to get her to daycare and myself to work when my tire failed. Josh arrived promptly, and was very understanding about my being a couple blocks away with my daughter rather than waiting at the car. I was very happy with the service Roy provided through AAA. My car would not start just as I was getting ready to take my daughter to school. I called AAA after getting a friend to help out. My keys got locked in my car after I had put my child in the car. I called AAA and they sent Tom out quickly. He called me within minutes of the phone call with AAA. My car was disbled at a gas station of all places! I placed a call to AAA and immediately, Greg came to the rescue! It turned out that the battery was the culprit - he provided an excellent suggestion for a new battery (which I will get!) and also checked the alternator and starter.
