Didn't take the driver very long to get to our house after our AAA call. He was very courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. He explained everything (tests) he was doing and was very reasssuring about our situation. He seemed to be very thorough and didn't waste any time getting the job done. Rick showed up in like 10 minutes from the time I called AAA. We had just returned home from the beach to notice my husbands tire was flat on his truck. Rick tried to fix it with a plug but it wouldn't take so he changed the tire for us. Rick was very courteous and professional. On 2/26/2011 at 10:15 PM I called AAA for Lock Out service. They said the response time would be 45 min. I didn't even have my cell phone , I was using a pay phone and couldn't evengive a call back number. Less than 15 mins. later up pulls a wonderfull site, an East Coast Towing vehicle. Curtis got out and got to work on unlocking my renatal car. It wasn't an easy job but he did it with a smile. It's wonderful to know that when I call AAA or need other emergency road service I can recieve fantastic service fast and with a smile. Thanks East Coast!!! - Tamie S.
I knew my battery was the problem when the car would not start, but one glance at the time made me realize just what a problem this would be at this time of night. My call to AAA assured me that help was on the way shortly. After about 15 minutes, I called back to check and the dispatcher assured me that the tow truck would reach me by 8:15. Well, considering that I was supposed to pick my daughter up at school at 7:45 every minute counted. I had no more than hung up from the dispatcher call when the driver Roy called to confirm my location and to assure me that he knew where I was and that he was nearby. He was prompt, polite and very thorough. He was able to provide the battery jump, but the diagnostic test indicated a problem with the battery and I chose to have it replaced then. Again, his attention to detail was my peace of mind and I was on my way before the time that the dispatcher had originally quoted that he would arrive. Roy called within minutes of me contacting AAA to let me know he was going to assist me. He was polite and let me know he was only a few minutes away. Once here, he was able to quickly unlock my vehicle while being extremely careful to not damage the door or window with his tools. Extremely friendly and helpful! - Valerie K.

I felt so stupid ! After 45 years of driving this was the very first time I had locked my keys in my car ! I made a call to AAA and Kris called me to verify my location within 15 minutes and was there in 10. He even told me that he had locked his own keys in his car recently ! Roy arrived very quickly and kept in contact with me by my cell phone. I came out from a 10 hr shift at the hospital to find a flat tire. I was exhausted. He was a godsend and I can't express what a help he was. Not only did he arrive quickly during rush hour but he also fixed my flat in a very short time. I felt safe and relievd all at once.
